National Conduit Supply is hiring a high-performing Inside Sales professional who thrives on winning new business and driving revenue.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for a true hunter—someone who is energized by outbound calls, persistent follow-up, and turning opportunities into closed business.
What You’ll Own:
- High-volume outbound calls to generate and close new business
- Aggressively grow house accounts and re-engage dormant customers
- Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities
- Deliver fast, accurate quotes and close deals
- Learn and utilize our ERP system to manage activity and performance
What You Bring:
- Proven sales track record (hunter mentality required)
- Confidence on the phone and persistence in follow-up
- Ability to learn quickly and execute daily
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Industry experience in telecom, construction, or underground infrastructure is a plus
